the staff was polite and helpful, a detail i greatly appreciate. my room featured an ottoman-style design with refined details. the breakfast buffet presented a very wide variety of tasty food..
The area is quite touristy. I couldn't walk without vendors offering items.

helpful staff great spread
The staff were helpful always going the extra mile. Breakfast had a great spread and tasty options. I appreciated the staff . I felt welcomed.
The promoted city tour was not as described. It lacked a guide. The pricing was not fully transparent.

Wonderful Experience
separate sinks rainfall shower excellent breakfast
Our room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also available. The hotel is within walking distance of major attractions. The location makes sightseeing simple. Breakfast was excellent. (especially the fresh pastries!). The variety of options suited every taste. The rooftop restaurant has a great view of the surrounding area. The staff provided information about local attractions. The spa area and swimming pool looked inviting. I definitely recommend this hotel.
The minibar did not offer alcoholic beverages.

spa treatments gorgeous room expensive water restaurant menu
I adored the spa treatments. They were totally worth it! the staff were great too ensure i felt comfortable every moment of my stay i found the room gorgeous with plenty of closet space.
the water in the room cost €6 i have never seen such a thing in a 5 star hotel! it was like a major red flag when i saw the restaurant menu in my room with no prices listed and a discount offered to guests.

professional staff varied dishes convenient location
The staff was consistently professional and helpful. Front desk service was efficient. breakfast included a wide array of high-quality dishes, offering both local and international options. the location is convenient for exploring historical sites, all within 10 minutes walking distance.
The minibar water was overpriced. I thought that free water should be included.
